Maja schlüpft aus ihren kniehohen Stiefeln und tauscht diese mit Barfußsandalen um mit nackten Füßen am Strand spazieren zu gehen. Schnell sind ihre hübschen Füße voll Sand, Maja zeigt ihre süßen, kleinen Füßchen bei den unterschiedlichsten Aktivitäten und in vielen Nahaufnahmen. Sie raucht sogar mit den Zehen eine Zigarette und tritt am Ende den Stummel mit den nackten Fußsohlen aus.

Once again Sohlenmann asks Steffi for her assistance. A few of his girlfriends kidnapped shoes are destined to get some special treatment. Choosing a couple of shoes that are especially dear to their owner, Steffi sets out for a barefoot walk across the dusty city-streets. After she has warmed her feet to her satisfaction and finds them well covered in dust and dirt, she slips her feet into each of the chosen pairs of shoes. Walking them proudly, taking special care to leave the imprint of her dirty soles, in each and everyone of them.

A ballgame in the warm sand and an 'adventure' with a climbing-bar follow, after which Claudietta is more than happy to refresh her feet with some cool water.

During this years lovely Pentecost, Steffi and Eva met for a picknick in the sun. Since they were lacking any cutlery or dishes the two young women decided to use their feet to replace both. Delighted by the first hints of spring Maja takes a walk to enjoy the feel of nature underneath her feet. She happens across a strange birch tree with a nice stretch of horizontal stem, that all but invites her to relax, her blue nails and bare feet, a pretty play of colours on the white bark of the tree. Then Maja treats us to some beautiful exercise walking naked soles across natures first balance beam.
